( April. ) The drama of the past several months has placed the Fool in a peculiar headspace: Aifaran and Konryu more broadly seem on the cusp of unraveling at the seams, yet his personal life has grown and matured dramatically. He's struggling to reconcile these two realities, though one at least provides him with some shelter from the other.

Having moved out of the Dreaming Bridge and into the Seaglass City, the Fool has taken up residence in a studio flat above a café, one recently vacated by a Bresilykian about to return to her home continent. Here, the Fool keeps to himself, working through the traumatic events of his past he was forced to relive during the memory event from the previous month. Similarly, he waits to see what will become of his unwilling involvement with the criminal elements of the city.

( July. ) While en route to the turtle's head, the Fool and Padparadscha encountered the group of thugs who had hassled the Fool some months ago picking on a new target--Rutile. Turning these thugs over to the Sentry has improved his relationship with them some. However, the Dreaming has not been kind to him; in addition to the visions that he has experienced since the end of the previous month, it evidently saw fit to leave phantom vampire fang marks on his skin in front of both Devin and Klaus.
